  • I WANT IT PERFECTLY CLEAR AND UNDERSTOOD THAT THE PRODUCT “BIOFREEZ” IS GOOD AND HELPS. BUT, THE SUPPLIER “HPMS INC. AND IN A WAY SO IS [...], A VERY POOR PERFORMER WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. REASOSN BEING, 1) WHEN IN THE PROCESS OF ORDERING A “3″ PACK OF BIOFREEZ I NOTICED A 12 PACK OF THE SAME PRODUCT. AT THE ORDER POINT, 2) I PUT IN A CANCELL FOR THE “3″ PACK AND PLACED AN ORDER FOR A 12 PACK. SOMETHING WENT WRONG AND BOTH A “3″ & A “12″ PACK WERE ORDERED, AND BOTH SHOWED AFTER CHECK OUT.

    I IMMEADIATLY SENT AN EMAIL TO YOU AND “HPMS INC’ TO CANCELL THE “3″ PACK! NO RESPONSE FROM EITHER OF YOU. THE NEXT DAY I EMAIL “HMPS” AND THEY SAY THE PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED, “BULL CRAP”!! IF THAT WERE TRUE THEN WHY DID IT TAKE ANOTHER 24 HOURS FOR ME TO RECEIVE THE 12 PACK??

    3) NOW COMES THE PROBLEM – “HPMS INC” – I SEND ANOTHER E-MAIL TO THEM AND I GET AN ANSWER FOR “JENNIFER” WHO SAYS THAT IT WAS TOO LATE TO CANCELL. I TELL HER I WILL NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY AND IT IS RETURNED TO “HMPS”. NO PROBLEM, REALLY, EXCEPT THAT NOW “HMPS” WANTS TO CHARGE ME THE SHIPPING COST!!!! THAT COST IS $4.42 !!

    I PUT A STOP PAYMENT (AMAZON.COM “CHASE” CREDIT CARD) I SEND IN THE PAPERWORK THAT CHASE SENT ME BUT, THEY (HMPS) STILL GETS AWAY WITH THE “SHIPPING CHARGE” DO YOU THINK I’M GOING TO USE EITHER OF YOU AGAIN????? THINK TWICE IF THESE THEIVES GET AWAY WITH THAT BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH, ONE OTHER THING, ON MY BILLING IT SAID “NO SHIPPING CHARGE”!!!

  • Ordered Biofreeze through an Amazon “merchant”. Paid $27.00 for 1-3 day delivery. Several days later, received a product called CatsClaw with $3.05 postage on it after paying $27.00 for expedited delivery. Contacted the merchant. They refunded my full purchase price and $27.00 postage and told me to keep the incorrect product they sent me. Consequently I bought Biofreeze from another on-line source.
